Hi, I’m Cliff Mori


I have been working in the beer industry in Asheville, NC since 2009. In 2011 I became the first Certified Cicerone in WNC, and in 2012 I started working for the Cicerone Certification Program as an exam proctor, educator and grader. I helped create professional brewing programs at two local community colleges, and I have helped many local Asheville businesses step up their game when it comes to beer service. I'm excited to share my expertise with you in our online courses.
